Install and first launch

Start with the official installer, then verify first launch, sign-in and the working environment.

Get the installer

Open the MAIXON Download page for the Windows 10 / 11 installer.

Run the installer after download.
Follow the installation prompts.
Confirm that the computer is online before first launch.

First launch

Open the installed MAIXON TOOL version, enter the account area and confirm that the interface loads correctly.

If installation or launch fails, record the on-screen message and software version before contacting support.
