Verify the license or AI credit package before completing the four activation steps.

Purchase steps

Confirm the plan with support, then use the clearly labelled Alipay or WeChat Pay QR code on the Get a license page.

Contact support and confirm the plan.
Scan a payment QR code.
Send the payment screenshot and registered email.
Refresh the status in My Account.

Before you pay

Contact QR codes start a conversation. Payment QR codes accept payment. Always verify the page heading and QR purpose before scanning.
